Does the audit include implementation?
No. The audit is about clarity: understanding what could improve and what to do first. If you’d like help putting the changes in place, that’s what the Partnership is for. You’re under no obligation to continue with us.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size and shape of your business. We’ll talk it through on the discovery call and agree the cost before anything starts. No surprises.
Do we need to know anything about AI?
Not at all. You need to know your business. Understanding where technology fits is our job.
Will it disrupt the business?
We work around you. Most of what we need comes from conversations and looking at how things are done today.
What happens to the information we share?
